We are based in USA and we are soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Service Provider for Website Redesign. The maximum amount of funds available for this project is 35000 USD.
Scope of Work: Service Provider needs to
1) Redesign our main internet website and convert the site to DotNetNuke (DNN) content management system
2) Improve design for improved customer usability, better access to desired content and improved search engine visibility. Improve design for a more visually appealing site.
3) Establish more consistent display of universal elements across our departmental sites.
4) Reduce barriers to web site updates by non-technical staff and provide our Departments with opportunity to review and update existing content in a comprehensive way.
5) Provide framework for desired/improved features: news releases, newsletter email push, video, event calendars, document libraries, blogs, RSS and Twitter feeds, etc.
6) Implement design with xhtml W3C compatibility, use of semantic markup and avoidance of tables as a design element.
7) Substantial adherence to the federal Research-Based Web Site Design and Usability Guidelines http://usability.gov/pdfs/guidelines.html. Note that adherence is not a legal requirement, but we find these guidelines to be a useful guide to effective design practices.
Design should accommodate DNN modules for event calendar, media and photo libraries, document libraries, blogging, flash media, videos, news releases RSS feeds and email push.
9) Upon approval, the Design is to be implemented as a DotNetNuke skin and DotNetNuke containers, adaptable for home and secondary pages.
10) The skin and containers are to be installed on our DNN site, working with our and our IT Service Provider staff.
11) Provide recommendations for site security, content editing workflows and implementation of site design.
12) Lead a training session for 10-15 content editors who are responsible for departmental sites.
13) Transfer knowledge to our system administrators so that they can successfully administer the website going-forward.
14) Provide documentation such as needed to successfully administer the web site.
Payment terms are negotiable. Although the last date to submit queries has surpassed (has gone), questions and answers have been included in Tender attachment. Interested Service Providers will be required to submit their proposals on or before March 19, 2010 by 14:00 Hrs (local time) on given address. This Tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our premises for meetings, training and other special purposes.

We are based in New Delhi, India and we are inviting tenders from qualified and experienced service providers (From India Only), to provide Call Centre services. The Estimated cost of Contract will be 30000000 INR and period of contract would be 1 year.
Scope of Services:
1) Call Centre should have both Inbound and Outbound Calling Facility and necessary infrastructure.
2) Operational Time Window (for Inbound Calls): Service Provider needs to operate the call centre on 24 X 7 X 365 basis.
3) Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be required to answer queries and handle calls in Hindi and English. Call should be routed to a CSR as per language option chosen by customer in IVR.
4) Estimated Volumes:
(a) Inbound Call Volume: Peak Volume Inbound is 12000 daily average from Apr/May through Sept. & 5000 from Oct through March. Peak can have 25000 as well during summer peak period on some days. So Service Provider has to decide on how many trained CSR, Team Leaders (Ideal 1:15) and other senior officials will be required for the process based on the call volumes.
(b) Outbound with respect to Inbound: 1200 per day.
5) Service Provider’s Call Centre is expected to have necessary Hardware/Software, Telecommunications infrastructure, provisions for Data Security, Backup Plan, etc.
Payments terms are negotiable. Tender Documents can be obtained by submitting a Non-Refundable Demand Draft of 1000 INR from given address. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), for this tender is 600000 INR. We are based in Kolkata, India and we are inviting expression of interest from qualified and experienced service providers (From India Only), for our requirement of conversion of PDF, TIFF and Hard Copy documents into soft copy. Estimated Cost of the total work would be 5000000 INR.
Scope of Work:
1) Service Provider will be required to convert scanned pages and other pages into e-document such that they are searchable using keywords and web compatible for uploading into our portal as well as for Archival.
2) Volume: An approximate volume of soft copy conversion would be 350000 pages. Most of the documents (almost 300000 pages) contain text, tabular information and images and maps. Many have already been converted to soft copy by scanning and stored as pdf (text & tables) and in TIFF (maps) format. While remaining 50000 pages are available in Hard Copy.
3) Following inputs will be made available by us
a) Content of Metadata (10 fields) will be supplied by us and have to be entered in the system with suitable retrieval facility by Service Provider.
b) The work of image capture has to be executed in our premises in Kolkata.
c) We will provide the following necessary infrastructural facility to execute the job in our premises.
(i) Sitting arrangement of the officials.
(ii) Necessary computers (Three nos.).
(iii) If the infrastructural arrangement is to be built up by Service Provider, necessary arrangement will be provided by us as far as possible to expedite the work within the schedule time frame.
(iv) The entire job is to be completed by the firms within six months from the date of placement of work order.
Payments terms are negotiable. Interested Service Providers may submit their application to the given address with their credentials, supporting documents and a demand draft of 500 INR, on or before April 8, 2010 by 14:00 Hrs (local time). We are based in Virginia, USA and we are soliciting proposals from qualified service providers (From USA Only), who are experienced in collection of ambulance fees. These services include provision of a fully comprehensive and automated medical services billing and collection system, providing training, technical, and administrative support in day-to-day operations, functions, and activities of the operational and management staff of our Division in the use, analysis, and maintenance of patient accounts including billing for services to the patient, responsible party and/or insurance provider. Initially the Contract shall be firm-fixed for one (1) year which may be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties for four (4) additional, one-year periods.
Scope of Services:
1) Pre-hospital Patient Care Report (PPCR) Processing: Service Provider will provide all labor, material and equipment, to gather all essential information for generating and processing all paper or electronic PPCR’s relating to us.
2) Proper Patient Care/Medical Necessity Documentation: Service Provider will provide training and continually provide updates and feedback to our Division of Fire and Rescue management for proper demographic documentation as well as proper medical documentation for transport patients. Service Provider will ensure to the greatest extent possible proper documentation of medical care rendered and medical necessity on all PPCR’s.
3) Patient Authorization and Insurance Information: Service Provider will ensure completeness of the PPCR and patient insurance information prior to billing.
4) Verification and Missing Information Follow-Up: Service Provider will provide all labor, materials and equipment for verification of PPCR patient information. Service Provider will gather missing patient information by, but not limited to, searching the insurance provider’s data bases for previous patient information if and as permitted; searching the vendor’s billing data base; contacting the medical facility; or by direct patient, family member or responsible party contact. When contact is made with the appropriate party, the Service Provider will verify and correct all patient information.
5) Data Entry and Claim Submission: Service Provider is solely responsible for all data entry functions. Service Provider data entry personnel at their location will perform these functions.
6) Customer Service: Service Provider will designate a Customer Service Representative who will provide patient account information Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. E.S.T., excluding all our holidays.

We are based in California, USA and we are looking to acquire services of qualified and experienced service provider (From USA Only), to suffice our Medical Transcription needs. We require most accurate, cost-effective, timely and acceptable off-site medical transcription services. Initially the Contract period will be from Date of Award of Work to 30th September, 2010; with an option to extend it further for 4 one year options. The tentative date of award of work is 1st April, 2010.
Scope of Services:
1) Our reports are comprised of specialized vocabularies and encompass a variety of subjects in the field of medicine and surgery. Therefore Service Providers’ employees, at a minimum, are expected have experience with medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
2) Volume of Work: Estimated volume for initial period would be 451,528 lines. The line count for FY09 (1 Oct 08 - 30 Sep 09) was 1,056,053. There were 7300 reports accomplished for FY09. A report is typically two or three pages long; five pages long for complicated cases.
3) System: Dictated reports will reside on the Service Provider’s dictation system and a verification code will be provided at the time of dictation to retrieve reports. Service Provider will ensure reports can be retrieved from a secure and encrypted website.
4) Turn Around Time (TAT): Service Provider shall provide off-site transcription service meeting the 24-clock hour turnaround time (TAT) requirement.
5) Report Quality: Each report must be of the highest professional quality to ensure at least 98% accuracy with respect to errors and legible.
