We are Himachal Pradesh; India based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Maintaining and Operating our Call Center in Himachal Pradesh (Shimla). Term of the contract will be for the period of 5 years.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) We are looking for service provider with minimum 5 seats to handle inbound calls regarding our public services 24 X 7. (2) All call center representative should be minimum 12th pass with fluency in English and Hindi.
[B] Work performance: Performance of the work will be Offsite. However, we are looking for service provider to have their call center located in Shimla or who are looking to develop new call center in Shimla.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (India Only), Companies from India and those who are having registered branch office or Point of Contact in India can apply.
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before March 10, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only.
This Tender is Onshore and Onsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
