We are India based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Inbound Call Center Services in Patiala.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) Service provider needs to handle inbound calls from our customers in our office premises located in Patiala.
(2) Service provider needs to provide approximate 32 agents to handle inbound calls. Agents should be experts to handle calls in Panjabi, Hindi and English.
(3) Service provider needs to provider 24 X 7 services.
(4) Service provider needs to collect Tender document from our office premises located in Patiala.
[B] Work Performance: Performance of the work will be Onsite; Service provider needs to perform tasks on our office premises located in Patiala, Punjab.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (India Only), Companies from India and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in India can apply.
Payment terms will be according to government law. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before February 19, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. Cost of Tender document is 1125 INR Only. EMD (Refundable) is required of 115187 INR. This tender is Onshore and Onsite.
