We are Texas; USA based well-know education organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Document Scanning.
[A] Scope of Service
(1) We are looking for service provider to scan documents, paper and microfilm.
(2) Service provider needs to pick-up the documents from our office premises and destroys after the completion of work with confirmation from our side.
[B] Work performance (Onsite OR Offsite): Performance of the work will be Off-site. Service provider can work from their own premises.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having registered branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms will be according to government law. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before February 17, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
