We are Kentucky; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Toll Free Telephone Answering Service for Public Services.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) Service provider needs to provide live responses to the telephone inquiries for atleast 60 hours per week for Public Services. These hours will be divided between Monday to Saturday of each week.
(2) Call during operating hours must be answered by a live operator at least 95 percent of the time.
(3) Service provider needs to response telephone inquiries as per our product features and quality standards. We will provide training materials for this.
[B] Work performance: Performance of the work will be Off-site. Service provider can work from their own premises.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having registered branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
We are looking for the best proposals and payment will be on monthly basis on 15th of each month for previous calendar month. This is a flat rate contract/RFP/Solicitation/Tender with equal monthly billings. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before February 19, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
